Find what's optimal, tailored for you.

Hi, I'm Santhosh. I'm a fitness enthusiast who learnt the nuances of health through science. Here's what I can do for you.

Santhosh training

You're not lazy. You're aiming at the wrong thing.

I spent years doing six reasonable things at once and wondering why none of them moved. Nothing was wrong with my effort. I was spreading it across things that were never going to matter for my body.

Thirty minutes is usually enough for me to find the two that will. That is the entire point of the call.

I'd rather show you than tell you.

Drag across each photo. These are people who did the work. All I did was point them at the right things and keep them honest.

Pranav

Started with no training history at all. Built from nothing.

I wasn't born with good genetics either.

I was the heaviest kid in my class. I tried every shortcut that gets passed around, wasted a couple of years on all of them, then started doing the boring version properly. Drag through it.

No steroids. No shortcuts. Nothing I can't explain to you.

Here's exactly what happens.

One call, then everything you need to run the next few months without second-guessing yourself. Nothing hidden, nothing upsold.

  1. 01

    You fill the intake

Three minutes, on the booking page. Training history, how you actually eat, sleep, injuries, what you have already tried and where it stalled. Answer honestly rather than impressively, it makes the call better.

  2. 02

    You pick a time

Straight after the form, on the same page. Google Meet, IST. If something comes up, email me and we move it.

  3. 03

    We talk for thirty minutes

I read your intake before we start, so we skip the interview. I tell you what I think is actually holding you up and what to change first. No pitch at the end.

  4. 04

I write your plan and send it over

Training split, nutrition targets, a supplement sheet with what is worth buying and what is not, a tracker, and notes specific to you. Written after your call, not pulled off a shelf.

  5. 05

You run it, or we keep going

Most people take the plan and execute it on their own, and that is a completely fine outcome. If you want me involved long term, we talk about it on the call.

30 minutes on Google Meet. Fee shown at checkout.

The call

How does booking actually work?

Everything happens on my booking page. You pick a slot, answer the intake questions, and pay in the same flow. I get all of it together, so by the time we're on the call I already know your situation and we don't waste ten minutes on introductions.

What are the intake questions like?

Age, height, weight, how active your day actually is, whether you're veg or non-veg, your goal, how many days a week you can genuinely train, your current split, a normal day of eating, what makes you fall off, injuries, medications, and what supplements you're on. Optional: progress photos and recent bloodwork.

What happens in the thirty minutes?

I've read your intake beforehand, so I open with what I think is actually going on. Then we go through it properly, you push back where I've got it wrong, and we land on what you're changing first. It's a conversation, not a lecture.

What do I get afterwards?

A training split, nutrition targets, a supplement sheet, a tracker, and notes written specifically for you. It lands in your inbox after the call, not before, because I write it around what we actually discussed.

I've never trained before. Is it too early to book?

It's the best time. You've got no bad habits to undo and no attachment to a programme you've been running for two years. We start from what you can hold down this month.

Money and kit

How much is it?

The current fee is on the booking page, and that's always the accurate one. I'd rather keep it in one place than leave a number on this site that quietly goes stale.

Do I have to buy supplements?

No. They're the smallest lever in the room and I won't sell you a stack you can't sustain. If money's tight, we build the plan around food you're already buying and skip the rest.

Do I need a gym membership?

It helps, it isn't a requirement. Tell me what you've got access to, even if that's a pair of dumbbells at home, and I'll build around it.

How do I pay?

UPI, cards or netbanking, handled on the booking page when you choose your slot.

Everything else

Stop guessing. Start measuring.

Give me thirty minutes and the honest version of your situation. I'll give you a plan built for the life you actually have.
