The call

How does booking actually work?

Everything happens on my booking page. You pick a slot, answer the intake questions, and pay in the same flow. I get all of it together, so by the time we're on the call I already know your situation and we don't waste ten minutes on introductions.

What are the intake questions like?

Age, height, weight, how active your day actually is, whether you're veg or non-veg, your goal, how many days a week you can genuinely train, your current split, a normal day of eating, what makes you fall off, injuries, medications, and what supplements you're on. Optional: progress photos and recent bloodwork.

What happens in the thirty minutes?

I've read your intake beforehand, so I open with what I think is actually going on. Then we go through it properly, you push back where I've got it wrong, and we land on what you're changing first. It's a conversation, not a lecture.

What do I get afterwards?

A training split, nutrition targets, a supplement sheet, a tracker, and notes written specifically for you. It lands in your inbox after the call, not before, because I write it around what we actually discussed.

I've never trained before. Is it too early to book?

It's the best time. You've got no bad habits to undo and no attachment to a programme you've been running for two years. We start from what you can hold down this month.

Money and kit

How much is it?

The current fee is on the booking page, and that's always the accurate one. I'd rather keep it in one place than leave a number on this site that quietly goes stale.

Do I have to buy supplements?

No. They're the smallest lever in the room and I won't sell you a stack you can't sustain. If money's tight, we build the plan around food you're already buying and skip the rest.

Do I need a gym membership?

It helps, it isn't a requirement. Tell me what you've got access to, even if that's a pair of dumbbells at home, and I'll build around it.

How do I pay?

UPI, cards or netbanking, handled on the booking page when you choose your slot.

Working together

Do you take on long-term clients?

Yes, but not everybody, and never as a hard sell at the end of a call. If we both think it makes sense after the thirty minutes, we talk. If you just want the plan and to go run it yourself, genuinely, that's fine.

I already have a coach. Should I book?

If it's working, stay where you are. If you're not sure whether it's working, that's exactly what a second opinion is for.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is make the plan fit your life closely enough that staying consistent stops being the hard part.

How fast will I see something?

Strength moves in weeks. How you look moves in months. If month one feels slow, that's usually the plan working rather than failing.

Practical

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Email me at biccupss@gmail.com and we'll move it.

Which timezone?

IST. Slots show in Indian Standard Time.

I'm not in India. Can I still book?

Yes, it's a video call so it works anywhere. Just pick a slot that's a sane hour for both of us.

Do I have to send photos or bloodwork?

Both are optional. Photos help me estimate body fat more accurately than a number can, and bloodwork occasionally explains something training won't. Skip either if you're not comfortable.

I have an injury or a medical condition.

Put it in the intake and we work around it. To be clear though, this is coaching and not medical advice, so anything clinical needs to go through your doctor first.

How do I reach you?

biccupss@gmail.com, or Instagram at @biccupss.
