These terms cover your use of biccupss.in and the paid consultation offered by Santhosh Sivan.

The service

A 30-minute one-to-one video call on Google Meet, followed by written training, nutrition and supplement guidance prepared for you. The current fee is shown on the booking page at the time you book. It is a consultation, not a coaching contract, and not medical advice.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site or said during a consultation is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a licensed physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition, an injury, or are taking medication.

Booking and payment

Scheduling and payment are handled by Topmate. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Rescheduling and refunds

Email biccupss@gmail.com to move a booking. Refund requests are handled case by case; get in touch and we will sort it out.

Recording

Consultations are not recorded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
