Thirty minutes, then a plan.
You answer a short intake, pick a time, and pay. All three happen in one flow on my booking page. I read your answers before we speak, so the call starts at the useful part.

The form, the calendar and the payment are handled on my Topmate page. It opens in a new tab.
What the form asks.
Roughly three minutes. Rough answers are fine, and honest ones are better than impressive ones. Everything below is on the booking page, before you pay.
- The basics
- Name, age, height, weight, and a contact number.
- Your day
- Occupation, how active you actually are, and whether you eat veg, non-veg or vegan.
- The goal
- Fat loss, muscle gain, recomposition, a sport, a stage, or just feeling better.
- Training now
- Experience, how many days a week you can genuinely train, and your current split.
- Food now
- A normal day of eating, and anything that reliably does not work for you.
- What gets in the way
- Where you fall off, and what has stalled before.
- Health
- Injuries, limitations, medications, and any supplements you are on.
- Your setup
- Whether you have a gym, and what equipment is in it.
- Optional
- Up to three progress photos, and recent bloodwork if you have it.
Before you book.
Bring rough answers rather than perfect ones. How you eat on a normal day, how many days a week you can actually train, and what you have already tried. A guess you are honest about is worth more to me than a spreadsheet you built the night before.
Photos and bloodwork are both optional. Photos let me estimate body fat better than a number can, and bloodwork occasionally explains something training never will. Skip either if you are not comfortable.
